-Personal data: By showing interest in general information about the organization, subscribing to our newsletter or donating anything  you made a conscious choice to send us your personal data using an internet address form for a respective purpose.

-The organization uses your email address to confirm your payment or send you a donation thanksgiving letter by email.

-Subscribers of our newsletter receive emails regularly. Based on the data reported we occasionally send you information by post.

-In principle, New International Church does not pass on any data to external persons or other organizations. Your address will only be used for appeals for donations, information mails and advertising campaigns for products of the organization.

-According to Swiss law on data protection, you have the right to know at any time the scope and content of the data pertaining to you that is stored.

Credit Cards and financial parameters

We do not store any credit card details from any of our customers on our website. The page where you put in the credit card details belongs to a third party, namely our trusted financial partner “Postfinance”, a bank in Switzerland. If I trigger a donation via this website through Postfinance, I hereby acknowledge and agree that my data
stored encrypted by the software provider Wallee AG, Winterthur in the data cloud of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg (subsidiary of Amazon Web Service Inc., USA) on their server in Ireland and protected by the Webb Application Firewall (WAF). Cloudflare Inc., USA. To check the data for malware, the WAF has to decrypt it at short notice. This is a mandatory PCI requirement that serves to protect your data. Abroad, the data decrypted in the WAF control process is no longer subject to the Swiss Data Protection Act and banking secrecy, but to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other applicable legal systems.
